Need Help Accessing Figma Files After Email Domain Change

My company recently changed our email domain, so my email address changed too. Now, when I log into Figma using Google SSO with the new email, it treats me as a new user and I can’t access any of my old files.

The old email is deactivated, so I can’t log in with it anymore to transfer files or anything like that. I submitted a support ticket to Figma a week ago, but I haven’t heard back yet.

Does anyone know how I can get my old files transferred to my new email? Thanks in advance!

I submitted a form to the support team 7 days ago, but no one has responded or resolved the issue. Are there any other options?

Hey there, sorry to hear that!

I apologize for the delayed reply. We were likely experiencing some back log from the 4th of July holiday. I’ve located your ticket from July 4th on ticket #1051963 and escalated it on your behalf.

Someone from support will review and reach out soon.
