Missing tool bar and "create multiple component"

Hello, I'm a beginner in Figma, and I have a couple of questions that might seem simple, but I need some help:

  1. How can I display the top toolbar?
  2. I can't find the "Create Multiple Components" option in other toolbars or windows. I can’t switch between components by their names.

I've attached two pictures: the first is my Figma workspace, and the second is from the lecture I'm studying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Your 1st screenshot is using Figma’s new UI3, and your second screenshot is using the old UI. You can learn more about navigating UI3 here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/23954856027159-Navigating-UI3-Figma-s-new-UI


    In UI3, select the object(s) and an icon to create component will appear in the right Design panel.
