Both of my projects started showing this warning today while using Figma Make. The warning appears in the console and points to a React issue. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Any insights or solutions would be appreciated.
I have been using figma make for over 2 months now, and it had been working great. But in the last 2 days, I am seeing random issues in rendering and crashes in the preview app.For example, my app has a few buttons in the top right (for messaging, notifications, user switcher). Until 3 days ago, these buttons were working fine. but since the last two days, every now and then, the buttons load up as pre-selected, and when I click on them the app freezes (see attached screenshot).I am seeing similar behaviour in other places in the app as well. Reverting to older versions that were previously working has not helped - makes me think that the issue is in some new release of Figma make. Additional context: I am upto version 554 in this app. I wonder whether that has something to do with these recent issues as well. Has anyone else seen similar issues? Any suggestions on what to do to address these issues?
Hello Figma Community and Support Team,I am the IT Coordinator at Çözüm Koleji (a K-12 school in Turkey). I applied for the Figma Education plan for our school domain (cozum.k12.tr) about 12 days ago but haven't received any response or verification email. We are in the process of rolling out our centralized design environment. We currently use Microsoft A5, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud. We urgently need the Figma Enterprise features to set up SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning via Microsoft Entra ID, just like we did with our Canva integration.Without the education verification, we cannot proceed with a secure, centralized deployment for our K-12 students. Could a Figma staff member please look into our application or escalate this to the SheerID/Education team? I have all official documents ready for manual review.Thank you for your support.Zahit Koca
Hi everyone! I'm trying to simulate two different actions on a single card component. * Short Tap: Should open an overlay. * Long Press: Should change the card to a different variant that reveals two buttons (one to hide the card, and one to cancel/return to the initial variant). I added an "On tap" trigger to the card instance on my canvas to open the overlay. To handle the long press, I'm trying to use "Mouse down" and "Mouse up" inside the Main Component to switch between variants (since I know I can't use "On tap" on both the variant and the instance simultaneously). However, Figma keeps conflicting the triggers, and the prototype is breaking. The actions either override each other or fail silently. Could someone help me understand how the trigger hierarchy actually works between Main Components and Instances? Or, if there's a better workaround to build a component that handles both a short tap and a long press without conflicting? Thanks in advance!
Hello! Recently i find out that when I click Auto Layout, the text doesn't line up perfectly with the center of the shape but remains in place, creating mixed padding. Previously, when using auto-layout, the text would line up perfectly with the center. I have absolutely no idea what went wrong.
Hello, is the slots update only available to full seat users?
Hi there,I am using the Figma desktop app and on the left hand side I have all my frames in the layers section with the little collapse/expand icons next to each frame. If I expand a frame with lots of items in it and then scrolldown I can’t then collapse it again until I scroll all the way back up to the top, instead of collapsing the little arrow just selects everything in the frame. Is that normal behaviour as it is quite annoying, or have I accidently changed a setting as I am sure it didn’t used to do that. Thanks
please make a solution for my problem ?
Hey guys!I was ready to publish a library when I saw a bunch of “removed” components on the list. There’s no Main Component for any of them anymore (that’s why I think they call them “removed”). I’d like to get rid of them all, how can I do that? I did not find any deletion option.Thank you.
Hello,My project was made under Mockplus, and i need to switch to figma. Is there is an easy way to convert files ?Regards

Hello, the work I was working on suddenly disappeared yesterday. I wasn't on the move, and I looked at the project and the trash can, but it's not in thereI also left a 1:1 inquiry (#1788905) because it's an important work piece and needs to be restored as soon as possible. When will it be processed? Has anyone experienced the same problem as me?[Screenshot redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]
I have been having this issue since 2 months ago. Everytime I attempt to open Figma Mobile App and sign up/log in…..it redirects me to this pop up saying “Update or Switch Browsers….Figma requires Chrome 99+, Firefox 101+, etc”. I have been doing these WITH NO avails:Re-Installing Figma Clearing Figma & Chrome cache Installing newest vers of Firefox & Microsoft Edge for the sake of merely logging in Logging out from Figma Desktop app etc etcBtw, my device specification as for now:Samsung - OS Android 16 Chrome 145
Many government portals require users to verify identity numbers or check eligibility for public services. For example, many people search for things like BISP 8171 CNIC eligibility check or 8171 web portal verification but often struggle to understand the interface.Designing these portals with a simple UI and clear instructions can help users complete verification steps easily. What UX strategies do you usually follow when designing portals used by non-technical users?
Context: I’m creating a prototype in Make and want to rebuild using Claude Code. Currently I download the Make file code and put in the project file and have Claude review it there. Or I copy the design for a specific screen and paste into a Figma design file and have Clause review via MCP. I’ve tried using MCP to connect directly to Make file but that isn’t currently supported (from what I can tell) Question: Is there a better way to do this?
I exported a file from Figma and opened it in Adobe pdf to edit. It shows dash-grid lines all over the doc and doesn't let me edit the pdf? Does anyone else face this?
I’m wondering when you will release Slots for all of us?
Hello,I am trying to create the following animation, but for now I have reached this stage. At the moment, I have two button states — Inactive and Hover. How would you advise me to implement it, since besides changing the background I also have the text “jumping” according to the example. It’s getting a bit complicated, but I would appreciate any advice. This is the current: This is the exptected:
I created my website with Figma Make, I published it, and for SEO, Google cannot access the sitemap and robots.txt. I cannot upload the folder to the root of my domain because it is already connected to Figma Make via DNS.
As homeowners and property managers increasingly seek doors that offer long-term resilience in humid or high-traffic areas while delivering sophisticated appearance at reasonable cost, the PVC Door Factory industry produces polymer-based doors that resist swelling, cracking, and fading with ease. These facilities craft solid-core or panel doors engineered to mimic wood or provide clean modern looks, making them suitable for main entries, interior rooms, bathrooms, and utility access points. Renovation professionals and building owners favor these doors for quick installations and low maintenance in projects ranging from single-family updates to multi-unit developments. The doors' ability to maintain tight seals and smooth operation supports energy efficiency and noise reduction in various living and working environments. The production process relies on stable PVC formulations molded into panels with precise edge detailing and reinforced sections that ensure structural soundness and sec
Hi Figma team,We upgraded to a Org plan from a Pro plan last week.I submitted a ticket last week to Figma about guidance on how to transfer the entire account (users and content) to the new plan but I haven’t heard back from anyone. We’ve been billed annually for the new Org plan and an invoice was issued. Our old Pro plan will automatically renew on 24 March and I am concerned that we will end up double-paying.I have looked the KB articles and I have asked our users to backup their content but I need support and guidance from the support team to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. Can someone please escalate this urgently?#1780716#1786242Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In many icon systems (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music), play icons are not mathematically centered inside circles. They are optically centered. Today most designers fix this manually by nudging shapes until they “look centered”. I'm collecting perceptual data to better understand how people visually perceive centering. The goal is to explore whether an "optical center" model could be defined. Long term I would like to build: • a CSS optical-center property for developers • a Figma plugin that can automatically place icons where they *look* centered The experiment takes about 5 minutes (40 steps) and works on both mobile and desktop. No login required. 👉 https://harley-sponsored-toolbox-operation.trycloudflare.com/ After data collection I plan to share the dataset publicly. I'm also curious how designers here currently handle optical centering in icon systems.
Hi, I’m having trouble prototyping something and can’t seem to find a clear answer online. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be great. I’m creating a component with text and a photo that has two variants, and I’m using a toggle to switch between them. What I want to happen is:the photo smart animates (rotates between the two variants) the text changes instantly (no smart animate) At the moment, smart animate is affecting both the photo and the text, but I don’t like how the text animates. I’m fairly new to Figma and struggling to figure out the best way to do this, especially since I know I can’t assign two different click interactions to the same toggle. Thanks in advance!
