Requesting urgent help!! My project file is accidently deleted from the trash. Ticket Number #1860928

Hi Figma Support Team,

Requesting urgent help!!


I accidentally deleted one of my Figma files, and it was also removed from the Trash. but I wanted to check if it is possible to restore it from your server-side backups.

As unfortunately by mistake it was clicked- ‘ permanently delete’ from trash. and i was so much frosted to get it back.

I had already contact figma from the link but didn't get single response from figma support team. And sometimes they put it into solved without solving that was surprise me is it good support ! which i didn't expect.

Here are the details:

  • File Name:- Homepage 2026

  • Ticket Number -  #1860928

  • File URL 

     

  • Date & Time When File Was Deleted:- 20th April 2026 after 7 PM IST

This file is very important for my ongoing project.
Please let me know if there's any chance to recover it.

Waiting for team figma to get back me as soon as possible with recover my file link.

That said, I want to be transparent with you: from what you've described, it sounds like the file may have been permanently deleted. Unfortunately, selecting "Permanently delete" from the Trash is an irreversible action that cannot be undone. See below the screenshot:
