Hi! Can anyone help me understand how to move all files to the drafts? I find it quite confusing how the files management and plans work. My educational plan is about to expire and I’d like to keep important files across 3 different teams. How should I proceed to keep my files after the current plan expires? Thank you!

Hello, Is there any possible way to don’t allow objects being copied/duplicated? I thought that by locking them, that wouldn’t be possible, such as on Miro. I created a canvas/framework, where I’m adding post-it’s on top of it. Commonly when I click on a post-it, holding option to duplicate it, I end up duplicating the actual canvas (WHICH IS ALREADY LOCKED???). Many thanks,

I have installed the Desktop App three different times to see if it fixes the issue, no luck. The problem is that I am not able to pick any fonts. There are none showing up when I click on the text. I tried the browser version as well same problem even after installing the font manager for web.

Sempre que vou usar o protótipo e abro o Flow fica uma miniatura de fundo e travando as interações que entes era normal, além disso se eu coloco um novo elemento, ele fica só nessa miniatura ao fundo do Flow, se abro o modo apresentação também da o mesmo problema, Além de ficar tudo picotando está horrível mexer no Figma ultimamente. 😓

Boa tarde. Tenho um área de trabalho onde ficava todos os meus arquivos originais. Criei uma nova conta no Figma, para colocar algum desses arquivos “guardados” nessa nova conta. Selecionei os arquivos da área de trabalho onde ficam os arquivos originais, dei crtl X (recortei) e colei em uma área de trabalho da nova conta. Porém não me dei conta que nenhuma das fotos importou com esse comando, quando fui tentar desfazer já era tarde. Todos os criativos e carrosséis foram para a nova área de trabalho sem as fotos É possível reverter essa situação? O Figma tem algum backup da nossa conta que possa ser recuperado? Alguém pode me ajudar?

Hi dears! I am a newbie regarding Figma. Allow me to ask some questions: I created a button component (with some variants) and a frame that includes some instances of this component. There is also a hover on this button defined in the prototype section. After the export of my frame (with all instances and component code of the button component), I created a new litlle Angular project with the export code. But after calling localhost:4200 I only can see buttons with width of 0x (but the correct height) and no hovering is visible. Whats wrong here? I am thankful for any help! 🙂

I am unable to view values for background blur of a rectangles that i have used in a design. here is the screenshot of the design. The Blurred rectangle is used just behind the Login & create account Button. i have attached screenshots for reference. Is this a bug from Figma side. My developer is having a hard time finding values. If this is something from my side, I am open to discussion

Hello, I published my new library, I added it at another file, and I wanted to do a swap with this new library, but it doesn’t work. I don’t understand why? Thank you in advance for your responses. PS - I do not yet have the new version of Figma.

In the attached screenshot, you can see two methods of exporting an asset - through Assets or through Export. When exporting through Assets, the result SVG includes some IDs that are not present when exporting through Export. Some thoughts on that: Export result should be consistent no matter the method IDs are not good for use in web development. It would be great to see an option to export a clean version that doesn’t include IDs

‘Import from manifest’ does not appear to work. When I click the button nothing happens. I’m trying to install the necessary JSON file to import my designs into After Effects. There is no longer a ‘development’ option under Plugins (Windows), but I did find the ‘import plugin manifest’ option in the new UI. The problem is it doesn’t open up File Explorer so I can locate the JSON file to upload. Please advise.

Hi, I noticed an issue when Figma makes a rollback of saved updates in the file, i.e., I implemented some comments from the customer and in a day I saw that changes were not saved. At that time I didn’t have obvious indicators of unsaved changes/errors/connection issues/accidental undo-redo. Later this issue was confirmed by my team mate for the same file. What can be the possible issue? Thanks.

Hi for the life of me I can’t figure out how to properly import threejs orbitcontrols. I consistently get the error: Failed to resolve module specifier “three-orbit-controls”. Relative references must start with either “/”, “./”, or “…/”. I installed with npm, three-orbit-controls is in my node_modules folder and it is listed as a dependency. However, I’m stacked with installing Tailwind, I don’t know why, but my UI window does not apply Tailwind CSS style. Can anybody help me to install Tailwind?
