Is it possible to make scroll initiated animation in figma

The Hero-Section animations on this website can be performed using the “after delay” animation. You have to add a delay in sequences like in State# 1 you want it to be loaded after 500ms, then in State# 2 you have to do it by adding the new delay(How much gap you want in between per animation)+ the previous delay (500ms).
