How can i achieve this very specific layered scrolling animation

I am trying to achieve this specific layered scrolling animation effect but I cant find any similar tutorials or information online as I don’t know the name of the effect.

When each section ends, there is an effect where the next section is directly underneath.

Does anyone have any information on how I could achieve this?
