Image carousel lags/stops and starts when looping

Hey guys I have a project I’m trying to get done and the image carousel animation loop I have is stopping for a second before starting again once it loops. I followed this video and have used this technique before and it has been seamless. All of my prototypes are set to after delay 1ms, and I have made sure the images are in the exact same spot when it loops, so I really am lost as to what is causing the issue.
