They are all linked with same layer names but the animation is only dissolving! Anyone knows how to tackle this??

Your problem is that the vectors of the waves aren’t exactly the same.
Smart Animate can’t morph between two different vector shapes like you can do in Flash/Adobe Animate or After Effects.
