Hello everyone! My team is trying to get an Enterprise plan, we have written to the sales team many times, but have not received a response (it has probably been more than six months). We also tried to try it through support, but they just send them a corporate e-mail and it doesn’t bring any result. Maybe someone has encountered this and knows the solution to the problem and ways to contact the sales team?

Almost a month has passed (and this is only counting from this appeal) and no one seems to be going to respond. The Sales Team is probably interested in selling only to specific teams that meet the interests of Figma, regardless of solvency, the number of people in the company, etc. There is no other explanation for this


I forgot to mention that most likely the country of the company is also one of the influencing factors, so people from Russia are ignored for this reason


It is a pity that after such a long time, no response has been received. I don’t know what should happen or how I should write to get at least something 🥵
