Ellipse Tool Not Drawing Perfect Circles: Accuracy Issues and Solutions

I’ve been working on precision drawings recently and noticed an issue with the Ellipse tool not drawing perfect circles. I first realized this when I imported an SVG of a precise circle created using an elliptical arc. To confirm which circle was accurate, I drew the same circle in GeoGebra, verifying that the Ellipse tool did not produce precise circles.
