Command + Option + C is not working

Hi, when I tried to copy properties using the shortcut Command + Option + C it didn’t work.
When I call the context menu and copy the properties from there, it works.
At the same time, Command + Option + V works fine.
Could you please help me figure out what went wrong? Is it the bullshit update or am I doing something wrong?

The application that caused this issue for me was Rectangle. It was its Center option.
