This community file is in review

kennyobedo

I’m trying to upload a file to the Community. What I did is:
Share > Publish to Community > Added details and advanced information > Publish.
Since this operation, a couple of months passed and I still see the globe icon near the file name and hovering it I get “This Communkty file is in review”.

The icon is not clickable and I can’t see this file either in the community or in my community profile. I tried moving the file out of a project into drafts and recreating the file from scratch, but still got the same issue. Anyone knows the reason of the issue?

If you want to check it, here’s the Figma file and my community nickname is @kennyobedo

Thanks for the feedback.

Hi there,

We checked the resource and noticed that it was blocked by our internal security system. However, we reviewed it and it was a false positive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Your resource has been restored, you should be able to see it live in Community. If you can’t see it, please let us know. I’ll check that again.

Thank you for your understanding.

I have a similar problem. I am not able to get the link working. I tried to duplicate the file to the draft and then tried to publish the file to the community then also had the same problem.

Hey @Ankit_Dularia, sorry for the trouble!

This looks like a similar situation. Your file was flagged for review by our Community moderation team, but it looks like it has since been restored.

Please let us know if you run into any further issues.

I still have the same issue. It is giving me a 404 error.

Hey @Ankit_Dularia, sorry to hear that!

Everything looks as expected on our end. You published ~18 hours ago. Are you able to share a screenshot of what you currently see on your end?

That’s odd. It looks like your file may have been unpublished. I’ll pass this onto our Community moderation team to advise.

Hey there, thanks for your patience!

Our team looked into this, and it looks like you unpublished the previous file. It’s verified on our side.

Are you by any chance referring to this published file? https://www.figma.com/community/file/1374931663518524007

thank you for the help. It’s working now.

Hello!

I’m having exactly the same problem with a file I posted a while ago.

It had never happened to me and I had not found where to ask for help. I’ve already tried everything and I don’t understand why he sent it to me like that at first.

I would appreciate your response, the publication doesn’t matter to me 404 among other errors such as not finding the file and so on.

Greetings.

Hey @Juan_Temich ,
I’ve checked internally, and our team informed us that the file was in an unverified status. The Community moderation team has approved it. You should be able to see it on live now!
