I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I am experiencing on my Figma account. I am currently on the Starter plan and have encountered a problem accessing a specific file named “Erclipse & Medicintel”


I CAN ACCESS THE FILE VIA BRWOSER ONLY, BUT THIS ERROR IS CURRENTLY HAPPENING ON THE FIGMA DESKTOP/PC APP AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE, IF THIS IS A BUG IT AS TO BE TREATED URGENTLY

FYI:

Same error actually popped up two times today in Figma Desktop App version 124.3.2


After a few relaunches it seems to be working again.
