We want to move our project to another Figma account, but the main problem is Design System. We have a looot of files, which are connected to it on “old Figma”. So when moving to “new Figma” we will need to connect all elements manually😥 Maybe you have a tip/plugin which will help to do this seamlessly, at least less painless?

Before the Starter plan restrictions, you could create a team with both accounts. Move all files to this team. Then on the new account move the files from the team to drafts. But if the new Starter plan restrictions are enabled for your account already (I don’t know how that works) I don’t think there is an easy way. You can talk to Figma support about it: Submit a request – Figma

Plugins are created by members of the community, not by Figma staff. Perhaps this would be better suited for the product ideas topic.
As far as I know, there is no such plugin as this is a cross-account transfer. Copying and pasting each file would probably be the best answer.

Hi! I have related problem, but we have already done the migration. Our old account is inactive anymore. We copied Design System file and Design files to the new one, but components from the new Master file are redirecting us to the old Design System file. Why? What we could do about it now?
