Hi,

I’m trying to add a video to a file that is placed in a team with a paid plan, but I constantly get an error “invalid video was removed”. I close the desktop app, open it again, the video loads for a few seconds, I see it in the file, I can move it, but then it disappears and the error “invalid video was removed” appears again and the video disappears. With another video, the same thing happens.

How can I solve this problem?
