I have the similar problem. I exported my frame (size: 860x11654) to PNG using 1X or 2X. But my frame is being exported with a smaller resolution (size: 302x4096). Where could I find solutions to this?

Are you sure this happens on export and not when you import the resulting image back in Figma? For example can you open the image properties in your file manager and verify it’s 4096px? If you are importing such a large image into Figma, that would result in shrinking:
