Hi there, I have a problem with creating and applying a boolean property.
I have a button that is created with nested components. I create a boolean property on the top level of a component to show an icon-only button variant. Still, when I want to apply it to the variants, it’s not visible there so I get an error that says the property is not used within a component. Does anybody have a similar problem? Screenshots attached.
I found a different solution - in my case, instead of boolean property, It can be done by applying a true/false variant.
I have the same question/problem. The issue is that there is no intuitive way of applying the boolean property to a variant.
If there’s a help article for how to use this please can you add the link to it?

Hey I had the same problem while makink variants and component properties.
First I used this “Boolean Property” But It didn"t work I dont know why.
then I used “Variant property” With true/false an it did work
can some one please tell me why boolean property was not working?

Who developed this feature isn’t designer, the Figma was the best instrument, but just only was… All mates say, that it’s become bullshit
Basics to create Boolean - On/Off in a component
Create component > Go and select LAYER that you want On/Off > (In right side panel) Within “APPEARANCE” section click the Hexagonal Icon > Use the “+” sign in the modal to create NEW PROPERTY
