Hey @Juan_Wang,
Sorry to hear you are having issue with sharing your prototype.

Can you double check if your browsers meet these minimum requirements for Figma :

  • Chrome 72 or later
  • Firefox 78 or later
  • Safari 14.1 or later
  • Microsoft Edge 79 or later

This is detailed further here: Figma browser requirements If not, it may be expected to see performance issues or compatibility issues as they are not the officially supported browser.

As a workaround, please try to clear your cache on Safari / Chrome and try again to run your prototype. Do not also forget to disable all your extensions on Safari / Chrome before trying again to run the prototype to see if that helps.

Also, does this affect only this file, or all files you’ve checked? If it’s just this one, and the workarounds mentioned don’t help, can you share the URL of the file to the support team so they can try to replicate: here
This will help us to investigate it further.

Please use your Figma account email, include a quick screen recording demonstrating the issue, a link to the file, and add support-share@figma.com as an Editor (this won’t affect your billing at all), so they can take a closer look. Thanks!

Thank you! I can see on our backend that you are in a conversation with the technical team. (fyi, they are currently waiting for your response for further investigation).

Feel free to share any workaround with the community after investigation with the support team. Thank you!
