I paid the annual subscription for my Figma team, it’s been a month since I made the payment and so far everything was going well and recently I got this message “Payment failed Our last attempted charge was unsuccessful. Please update your payment method as soon as possible. File editing will be locked after 3 failed attempts.” and the charge was made to my card.

Hey again ​@E Sabari Nathan, I see in the backend that the support team was able to solve your issue! 


For others here who may encounter a similar issue, the team was locked because of a new invoice (with one additional FigJam seat).

In order to remove this additional seat: while it's not possible to remove FigJam as a feature completely, you can restrict your current team's usage of it by downgrading team members' roles to "Viewer - restricted." This would keep users from editing or creating new FigJam files in the team.

Payment was completed and 
Despite receiving the invoice and completing the payment, I am seeing this message, which suggests an issue with the payment processing. I’ve confirmed that the payment was successfully completed, but the error persists today ( 28/01/2025)
 

Could you please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible? I’d appreciate it if you could verify the status of my payment and ensure that my account is updated accordingly.
