I got an email saying my education plan is expiring in 4 weeks, but I never signed up for that plan. I signed up for the starter plan. Do I have to upgrade my plan to keep my projects? Is there a plan that is just for me, since I’m not working with anyone else on my projects?

I have checked our system and your student status has been verified but will expire. However, I couldn’t find any education team under your account.
This suggests that after your education status was approved, you may not have created a new team for the education plan or selected an existing team to upgrade to the education plan. You can learn more details here: Verify education status
Rest assured that your starter plan team will not be affected when your student status expires, so there is no need for you to upgrade your starter plan.
