Review changes improvements after March 2023 Little Big Updates release

Gen1

This update added a feature to review library changes against components in the file that would be affected by the change. Here are some requests for improvement:

  1. Allow fixing the review panel to the side to have an unobstructed view of your Figma file. (Why focus on the affected component if it’s being blocked by the preview window anyway?)

  2. Remember rezise and position of the window, rather than reset it after updating the previewed instance.

  3. Add a next button beside or replacing the Updated button so you don’t have to wayfind the chevron next button all the way over to the left. Would allow for quick reviewing and updating.

  4. List view for affected instances. If a 1700 instances are being updated and your teammate didn’t add a note, you would like to have an idea of what’s going to happen to them all without clicking through every single one. What if the 1699th instance is the only one that broke?

Thank you Figma team!
