What are the differences between a FigJam Editor vs Viewer?

chudoloo

It seems like I’m able to do quite a lot as a Viewer in FigJam. Is this because it’s in beta? Is there an outline or document to see what the differences are between the Editor and Viewer roles?

Thanks.

Great question! While FigJam is in beta you can edit FigJam files without it contributing to your team’s limits or billing.

Once FigJam is out of beta, whether you can edit will depend on your team permissions or role (depends on your plan!).

Viewers can only add comments, emotes (but not stamps), cursor chat and observe other participants in FigJam files. Learn more about those features here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/sections/1500000700042-Collaborate
