Auto layout is great. I get it. But sometimes it is the bane of my existence.
I wish there was a way to turn it off completely for the entire file for when I’m trying to create custom screens. Rather than having to drill into layer after layer to toggle it off for each component.
What will happen when you turn auto layout on again?
good point. honestly i just wanna be able to turn it all off. when i’m prototyping and want to create a singular instance of something, it just ends up taking me so much longer to dismantle the auto layout
I see. You can select the frame and alternate Alt + Shift + A (⌥ + ⇧ + A on Mac) and Enter to remove auto layouts of nested children. This is the quickest way I could come up with.
This seems like an easy job for a potential plugin, to just walk through the layers and disable auto layout.
