We are facing an issue while purchasing the Figma license. Please find the screenshot below for reference, showing $USD 0. Kindly assist in purchasing the Figma license.

we have tried multiple times to purchase license via credit card and OTP generated every time . Is IT OK ?

Hi there! I see in the backend that the support team has solved your issue. I’ve gone ahead to mark as solved and close the topic here.

For the context here, this usually happens when you are in the pre-debit phase of processing the Indian card payment (doc).

The payment page shows $0 because Stripe is currently trying to process their most recent payment attempt, which should take about ~26 hours from when you started the payment process.
