"Multi-line text + Icon in-line" auto-layout?

Hey guys, is there any way to auto-layout an icon to multi-line text, so that the icon appends right to the end of the text? A good example from Figma interface in screenshot

If your icon is not a font glyph, then this cannot be achieved automatically.

Please vote for this idea here: Add the ability to wrap text around objects.
