Org plan for individuals & Small Freelance business owners

I am an individual freelance designer and I have multiple projects to work with. I even tried to upgrade to Org plan but Figma doesn’t let me to upgrade since it requires a work email + 3 members.

I think as an individual designer I am willing to upgrade to Org to get access to unlimited teams + branching feature.

Why do we need these restrictions ?
