I have the similar problem. I exported my frame (size: 860x11654) to PNG using 1X or 2X. But my frame is being exported with a smaller resolution (size: 302x4096). Where could I find solutions to this?

Are you sure this happens on export and not when you import the resulting image back in Figma? For example can you open the image properties in your file manager and verify itโ€™s 4096px? If you are importing such a large image into Figma, that would result in shrinking:

If the image is >4096px in any dimension, it will get resized. You can cut it into fitting pieces yourself or use Insert Big Image plugin to do it for you.
