Why do I have extra white space around horizontal scroll bars in my design?

I have been working on designing an imaginary bookshop app and I have horizontal scrollbars in the design. For some reason, the scroll function works fine on all the frames apart from frame ‘01 - App Homepage’. There’s a lot of extra unwanted white space whilst trying to scroll on that page.

You have Horizontal scrolling enabled on that screen.
