You need to stop trying to log in for an hour. There is a 60-minute cooldown period in which there should be no login attempts, otherwise the timer gets reset. So if you are trying to log in every 59 minutes, you will never log in.

Hey! I have the same problem and for me the 1 hour does not work! Is the cooldown period still the same or is it longer?
I haven’t heard of any changes regarding this.
