Prototypes and community files/plugins/etc can contain hyperlinks in, however when hovering the hyperlink it doesn’t show the link in tooltip anywhere on the page.
Web browsers typically show this in the bottom left of the screen, it enables the identification and verification of hyperlinks as well as accessibility benefits - most importantly it highlights a security vulnerability. At the company I work for this is one of the core reasons why the community side of Figma is heavily locked-down/blacklisted.
Attached screenshot highlights hovering a link in the description of a Figma plugin. Notice there is no tooltip or descriptor of the hyperlink… so I won’t click it
