Unable to make payment - All files are locked

I am getting an error “Only active mandates can be used with PaymentIntents” while making payment.

My project is locked as I cannot edit the files. Can someone please help me from Figma team.

I have also sent a support ticket as well [#1004354] but no response from past 2 days.

Someone please help, as it’s seriously affecting me and my client’s work a lot.

I’m facing the same issue. I have made the payment but my account is still locked. Need help, URGENTLY!!

Same error while updating payment details. Raised support ticket $1101894. Please help to resolve at the earliest.

Hi @Celine_Figma, I encountered the same issue where my shared projects are either missing or locked due to a delay in payment. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this since I had expected my account to auto-renew. I was unable to resolve the issue sooner due to a business trip, but I have since made the payment yesterday.

I am still awaiting the restoration of access to my projects, but it has not yet been resolved. My ticket number is #1157137, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
