My account was removed from the team by my former company, and the files are also lost. Is there any way to get official help to retrieve them? These are my own files and do not involve any confidential company information.

In situations like these, due to security and privacy concern and potential billing issues, we are unable assist with accessing the files, even if they do not contain confidential information.
We recommend reaching out to the admin of your former company’s team and requesting their assistance to retrieve those files. If necessary, the admin can then contact our support team for further help.
