I tried to find a related topic but with no precise result.

I updated a body text style few weeks ago to “as written” and the style settings clearly show (-) Earlier it was all lowercase.

However when designers add text and apply this text style, it still gets reset to ag (all lowercase as it was earlier) and the same text style’s properties show ag (all minimized):

Is there a sync problem or anything else I could fix?

I hope I could explain the problem well.
