We’re not able to help with Billing here on the forum, but I can confirm that support has received your tickets from over the weekend: #1004058, #1004343, and #1004058. Support is experiencing higher volume that usual, but they will reply as soon as they’re available.

Rest assured, I can confirm that you haven’t been charged for any additional seats yet. The recent email you received was to inform you, so you can still remove any seats before your next billing date on May 23rd. Using the video posted above to help you manage your seats, you should be able to self-solve and adjust your seats, as needed.
