Provide Proper UI to manage Seats

Hi @Ethan_Fox, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Admin UI. I noticed that you have already reached out to our support team (#1103405), and they will be contacting you soon to assist you.

We totally understand your opinion that improvement is needed, but let me inform you of the current situation.

From the file browser, navigate to “Admin” where you can check who is being billed and downgrade editors to remove them from billing. You can also remove team members who no longer require access.

Here’s how to check who is billed:

1. In the file browser, click on “Admin”.
2. Switch to the “Members” tab.
3. Set the filter to “Editors” or “All” under “Design role” or “FigJam role” to view billed users.

You can then downgrade any editor to “Viewer - restricted” in Design or FigJam to remove them from billing.
