How can I unlink the team that has projects associated with the EDU plan? We don’t need it, and we want to purchase the PRO plan. Previously, I contacted support, and they informed me that to remove the EDU status, I need to change the owner to someone who doesn’t have an educational account. I have changed the owner, but the EDU status hasn’t disappeared from the team.
Could you please let me know what needs to be done to switch from EDU to PRO?
