Since last Friday, a few projects have been opening showing old versions of my designs but are saying they are the most current.
The only way I can get around this to see the most current version is by getting a shared link in Jira from last week and clicking through from there.
Any ideas?
Hey @Ian_Todd, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this—it definitely sounds odd!
To help us get to the bottom of this, could you please confirm a few things:
- Is this happening in both the browser and the desktop app, or just one?
You’ve mentioned this happened in “a few projects”
- Is it affecting specific files or all of your projects?
It’s possible that someone with access to the file may have restored an older version?
If that’s the case, you can easily revert it back to the most current version. Here’s a helpful guide on how to check your file’s version history: View a file’s version history.
If this does not resolve your issue please get back to me, I can get you connected to our support team to investigate this further.
Hi,
It is happening on both browser and desktop apps.
It actually only appears to be one project that is currently affected.
Noone has restored it to an older version, the issue is that the older version is showing as “current version” in the designs with no way of changing that.
Thank you
