Why are the majority of choices in the menu non-functional? (greyed-out) I am paying for this and there aren’t any plugins/widgets available.

Can you share a screenshot of what appears for you? A visual would be helpful in understanding more about what you’re seeing.
Also, when you say plugins/widgets aren’t available, are you not seeing them in the ‘resources’ tab at the top? Are you not able to see the ones you’ve saved, like the screenshot I’ve attached?
