Never received the Drafts to Move changes, and it's causing issues

Everyone else on my Team received Drafts to Move changes except for me, and I believe it’s beginning to cause account issues. When I make a new file using the + button from the tab bar, it has no file location and does not allow me to move it anywhere. I try to stay on top of organization for my team as a UX Lead, and not having the ability to rearrange files is a severe issue.

What can I try to resolve this? Already reached out to customer support and their response was asking if they could manually help move my files which is not acceptable.
