My university doesn't appear on the Higher Ed dropdown

Hello. I recently received an email in which they warned me that my Education License would expire. I want to renew it so I can access my projects, but my university doesn’t appear on the menu dropdown.

I also can’t change my email to my university one because it automatically redirects to the actual renewing page. What can I do?

In ‘What is your school’s name’, please select ‘School not listed’ to enter details of your school:

• The full name of the school. For example: Rhode Island School of Design (RISD)
• The school’s website (URL). For example: https://www.risd.edu/
