It looks like your network has WebSockets blocked, preventing you from using Figma. Please go to and check the results.

  • If WebSockets are showing as not supported, please ask your IT Administrator to configure your network settings to allow WebSockets.
  • If WebSockets are showing as supported, please let me know and save a screenshot I can create a support ticket on your behalf so that our team can continue to troubleshoot based on the results you see.
