Is there a way that I can edit the name of a layer same name to be change at once?

Sure thing. You select layers, you press CMD+R / Ctrl +R and type new name in the dialog that pops out
The problem with this method is that it will also change the same layer name from other screen. it is possible to multi edit within a layer or sublayer of the same name of that layer especially in tables.
