Move auto layouts between frames

Hi!
I want to make a TO-DO-LIST and I want it to be as one long list of done and undone tasks. My problem is that I want the undone items to be in top of my list, and when I click them to mark them as done, they will move to the end of the list. I am just thinking of a way to move auto layouts between frames (or just change their order) using prototyping but it seems like there is no way to do it.
ill be glad for any advice how to make it work.
