Library is receiving updates from itself

It wont publish when I try and publish it. So I started doing it in small batches of changes (5-20) at a time. That worked, but now it is receiving updates from itself and is getting messed up.

I rolled it back to before publishing, but now this older restored version is still receiving updates from the ‘future’ version that was acting weird and breaking and I cant figure out how to stop it.

I need to stop it getting updates from the version of itself that broke, its breaking the text styles in my whole library. How can I tell it that whatever updates it is seeing coming in from itself are wrong? I already rolled back to before the broken updates. :confused:
