Interactive prototype - "Change to" not available on my prototype

Hello the community !
I am Sarah and am very new on Figma :slightly_smiling_face::slightly_smiling_face:

I am trying to create interactive component thanks to the interaction tool.
But when i when to change the state when hovering, I can not select the interaction “change to”. Do you know why ?
