`importComponentByKeyAsync` fails with published component key

Calling figma.importComponentByKeyAsync() with the same component key fails for some files within our org, while I’m sure the component library is published to all of the org, and I cannot repro with same key in my own file. Wonder if this could be a bug.

While I don’t have access to the files with the issue, would be curious what are the circumstances importComponentByKeyAsync can fail? For example, do we need to manually enable the component library in a file, to import those components by key?

I’m seeing this too. It seems to resolve after a while but it doesn’t seem to coincide with reloading.
