How can I decline a figma invoice and generate new one

Figma generated invoice for aug month with 4 seats but I want 2 seats only, is there a way I can decline this invoice and generate a new one with 2 seats?

P.S. - I tried editing seats in member and made it 2 but it is showing in next month

please help if anyone has face similar issue and solved it. Below attaching screenshot for reference
