When i open it on my desktop and on Windows, ‘an error occurred while opening the editor’ appears. Please tell me the solution. I deleted the cookies, deleted the app, and re-installed it, but it doesn’t solve the problem

Hi @zz7943zzz I would suggest checking from another network such as a mobile hotspot to see if you can recreate the issue.
Sometimes this can be caused by a proxy, VPN or other network security app blocking access to some functions. You may also want to check any anti virus software or firewalls you have setup and also make sure you unblock Port 443 as outlined in the article here.
