Figma Matrix Problem

I am trying to create Presentation in Figma.
I wanted Bar Chart controlled by Google Sheets then synced with google sheets, my frames skewed and rotated. I was resetting objects rotation it’s still skewed. I searched matrix control, there is no result.

How to fix it?

here is code before applying width scale using google sheets

/* Group 1 */

width: 54px;
height: 140px;

/* Inside auto layout */
flex: none;
order: 0;
flex-grow: 0;

/* #barOtherwidth */

position: absolute;
width: 48px;
height: 27px;
left: calc(50% - 48px/2 - 3px);
bottom: 35px;

background: #353740;
border-radius: 0px;
transform: rotate(-90deg);

/* #bar3Dwidth */

position: absolute;
width: 140px;
height: 27px;
left: calc(50% - 140px/2 + 70px);
bottom: 35px;

background: linear-gradient(90deg, #855B9E 0%, #F83051 100%);
box-shadow: 0px 4px 4px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.25);
transform: rotate(-90deg);

Here is applied google sheets sync

/* Group 1 */

width: 46.09px;
height: 159.09px;

/* Inside auto layout */
flex: none;
order: 0;
flex-grow: 0;

/* #barOtherwidth */

position: absolute;
width: 48px;
height: 27px;
left: calc(50% - 48px/2 - 3px);
bottom: 35px;

background: #353740;
border-radius: 0px;
transform: matrix(0, -1, 0.71, 0.71, 0, 0);

/* #bar3Dwidth */

position: absolute;
width: 140px;
height: 27px;
left: calc(50% - 140px/2 + 70px);
bottom: 35px;

background: linear-gradient(90deg, #855B9E 0%, #F83051 100%);
box-shadow: 0px 4px 4px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.25);
transform: matrix(0, -1, 0.71, 0.71, 0, 0);

If you see transform matrix
transform: rotate(-90deg);
rotate function applied.
then 2x3 or 3x2 applied.
transform: matrix(0, -1, 0.71, 0.71, 0, 0);
